It might not win - But how can it lose? I saw one game where there was only 2 players with rushing attempts - GB game - When Jacobs was hurt and Bradshaw was unknown.

I looked at that as well on sportsbook.com and think it will end up being a push. My bankroll is hurting so I can't afford a push without reloading, but I definitely wouldn't be betting the under. GL.
