Nets @ Heat - If the Nets could close out games, we would have at least a 2-2 series instead of Miami planning to finish the Nets tonight. I wouldn't expect Lebron to have 49 points again as the Nets will make some adjustments and force his supporting cast to do more. However, this is a very tough game to handicap IMHO as I have to believe the Heat will probably start a little slow and then win this game in the 4th quarter, but not cover.

Nets +7 for 8*

Blazers @ Spurs - Really like the adjustments Portland made in the 2nd half their last game. Not sure they'll carryover tonight, but the Spurs shouldn't just roll them by 15+ again either. Feel the spread is fairly accurate, but going to back Portland to hang close.

Blazers +8 for 8*

Really don't like either play a lot and for obvious reasons since both teams lost by double digits in the first 2 games, but my gut says most peeps will be on the chalk and I like being anti-public.

39-21-4 NBA Playoff Record Now... hopefully 41-21-4 after tonight.

Tough games tonight for sure. I'm considering staying off altogether but if I do play, I think the like the anti-public sentiment. I'd also consider a Nets first half bet if that's your feel for the game. Good luck tonight. Thanks again for the continued solid write-ups. :0008
