Hillary yesterday....

"I, along with a majority of Americans, expect the president and his administration to take responsibility for the false assurances, faulty evidence and mismanagement of the war,"

Hypocrite Hillary :s4:

Hillary 3 years ago..........October 2002

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members ... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."

Too bad they didn't let her see all the intelligence that refuted much of that. She might have come to a different conclusion, huh?

Hillary Clinton had over 10 years of intelligence to look over....so prob was referring to Bill Clinton's comments about "Regime Exchange is the only option in Iraq"

I'm still waiting to see some proof that Bush had evidence saying Saddam WAS NOT a threat. Who provided that evidence??? And what did it say?? I guess the CIA, FBI, Russia, Brittain, France, Spain, Germany, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Kerry, Gore, Clinton, Hillary, Pelosi, Kennedy, etc. etc. all fabricated a story.

Hillary made the case that Saddam was harboring Al-Qaida??? That's classic.

How then do you explain all the comments made BEFORE BUSH WAS IN OFFICE KOSAR???

"One way or the other, we are determined to deny Iraq the capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction and the missiles to deliver them. That is our bottom line."
- President Clinton, Feb. 4, 1998

"If Saddam rejects peace and we have to use force, our purpose is clear. We want to seriously diminish the threat posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program."
- President Bill Clinton, Feb. 17, 1998

"We must stop Saddam from ever again jeopardizing the stability and security of his neighbors with weapons of mass destruction."
- Madeline Albright, Feb 1, 1998

"He will use those weapons of mass destruction again, as he has ten times since 1983."
- Sandy Berger, Clinton National Security Adviser, Feb, 18, 1998

"[W]e urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs."
Letter to President Clinton.
- (D) Senators Carl Levin, Tom Daschle, John Kerry, others, Oct. 9, 1998

"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."
- Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998

"Hussein has ... chosen to spend his money on building weapons of mass destruction and palaces for his cronies."
- Madeline Albright, Clinton Secretary of State, Nov. 10, 1999

She probably didn't know that 95% of the 'intelligence' came from one disgruntled ex-patriot and one even more disgruntled ex-patriot who was, and is, eyeing a leadership position in the new Iraqi government.

Aside from Bergers quote and Pelosis quote, I think the rest of them were pretty reasonable and accurate. Nowhere did I see anybody advocating occupying and rebuilding Iraq. How about you, Manson?

Kosar Quote: "Nowhere did I see anybody advocating occupying and rebuilding Iraq"

BILL CLINTON FROM THE OVAL OFFICE:

"And mark my words, he will develop weapons of mass destruction. He will deploy them, and he will use them."

"The best way to end that threat once and for all is with a new Iraqi government"

Don't mess with the best Kosar :s4:

Glad to see Kosar debunking - quite successfully, I might add - Mansons ongoing berserking posts about this issue. There are many ways to undermine and change regimes in the world. I think we have been a part of many in the past - and present - without actually sending troops into battle and declaring war on them.

But then, that is a common sense answer to his 5,000 posted questions on the same issue, and he'll probably run to one of the other threads and continue parroting his "nobody answers me" mantra.

Not even George's father thought it appropriate to take him out, even with near-total support in the world at that time. Only the puppet-son, at a time when we certainly did not have that same complete world-wide support. There is a big difference between working towards change and acting the way this administration has. The quotes can easily be referenced in this way.

Well done, Kosar.

My dry sockets are getting a lot better, thank you. It has taken a lot of Ibuprofen 800's and various liquors to get through it, but I'm back.

I can't seem to ease the pain this administration continues to cause, however. Maybe I need some of Dubbya's Mongolian brew, eh? :drinky:
