Which site is the best to use on the internet (to place bets?).
I currently us a friend, but am looking for other options.

best staywith your friend... ...there are tax implications...using internet....there is a question on your tax forms that ask if you have any accounts outside of the USA......big problem if you answer NO and the Man finds it...penalty is stiff...plus you add the jeopardy of being audited annually or reviewed.. Personaly i don't do business with FRIENDS ...of this nature...Could mess up your judgement and maybe start feeling sorry for a Bookie..good luck

Just keep your eyes open and you'll begin to see who knows what. Some are better at one sport, some another, some know the conference in their area, etc. Notice where people are from-they get a feel for their area teams. GL

Hey man I have been with three different online sportsbooks
Intertops
Sirbet
Grand Central Station
They are all pretty similiar and pay in the same fashion. The problem that I ran into was with my bank not allowing me to send a payment to an offshore betting account. I use firepay and it takes the money out of a checking or savings account that way you can't loose more than you want to. I was with a local bookie last season and got over my head because I didn't see the money that was going out and had to pay a chunk of change at the end of the season. One thing that I would strongly recommend is going with an online site that allows you to call in your bets. Some only allow you to bet from their web site and if your server goes down your screwed. I know for a fact that Sirbet and GCS have 800 numbers to call in your bets. Hope this helped and good luck this season.
