How is a guy supposed to bet when he can't understand the damn lines they post???

I will likely make a few small wagers this tourney following some of the plays here, but that is hard to do when I don't know WTF this means:

If I want to bet over in the game that is just about to kick off, what does it mean

OVER 1.5 AND 2 -116

when there are lines posted separately for 1.5 and 2 and 2.5?
