I make them all the time. It's tough to get the mix of stuff right but experimenting along the way is part of the fun.

Tomato juice
Worcestershire sauce (couple splashes)
Juice from pickle jar (couple splashes)
Juice from olive jar (just a dash)
Lime juice (just a dash)
Couple dashes of hot sauce
Salt & Pepper
Vodka

I don't put horseradish in mine because I think it ruins it.
