Well boys and girls, it's official.
I suppose I should start this vent saying that I have NO vested interest in the outcome of this or any other dodger game. (I no longer ever bet dodger games either for or against them, or o/u).
You might recognize me if you are ever walking down the streets of LA or Chicago. I'm the guy wearing a dodger cap, doger jersey, dodger boxers, and if I get a cut I swear it bleeds dodger blue.
Until today that is. I officially give up on this team forever. I don't care what they do to bolster the offense because nothing can help. I'm not a fairweather fan, I've rooted for this team since I was born through all the good years and every day until today. And through every bad year. They haven't won a playoff game since 1988. Sad state of affairs. They have no heart, no stars offensively, and nobody who cares enough to change this team.
I just finished throwing out my jersey, throwing my hat of the balcony, and burning the boxers in the sink. I cannot take it anymore. Where are the days of Guerrero, Garvey, Lopes, Cey, Landreaux, Gibson, Baker, and even Derrel Thomas. I would take Thomas or any other ex-Dodger over any player they have today. At least they tried and even had HEART.
Who the **** is RUAN, why is he in a dodger line-up. I don't care if Roberts is hurt. HE blows too. Don't even get me started on Izturis and Cora. Jesus H. Christ is this the worst offensive infield in the history of baseball. Zero home runs from 2nd and shortstop. ZERO. Throw in Beltre and you get 5 homers from the infield. Geriatric Fred McGriff who is a hall of famer decides to go to the hardest ballpark in baseball to hit a homerun in to go after 500. I saw a great prop bet from OLY. You can bet on what count he will hit his home run on. Are you kidding me. Like the bet isn't stupid luck in itself, you want to hold my money for 2 years before he has a legitimate shot to break it. LOL.
Well, never in my life would i thought I would have done this, but here goes Dodgers a big :thefinger :thefinger :thefinger
