HEY ONE, JMO here, but from your earlier post, it sounded like you were thinking under due to VT def and BC competitiveness.

BUT.....you were saying probably on wrong side..etc. Seemed like you went with logic, and ignored your gut telling you "Hey, this is wrong or could really get screwed up here". I have dont that chit lots of times, and still do. Best thing to do if you have any doubts at all...dont do it. If dont do it isnt an option, then listen to your gut and go opposite. It sounded to me like in the back of your mind you knew the over was the best play, but went with logic.

Probably just rambled here and made no sense...but it's happened to me alot, and you HAVE to adjust to it.

Yeah, this sometimes will drive ya nuts. Experienced the same thing with the Ravens/Browns 2H play on Balt. -4.5. Backdoor city!!!

Just gotta plug away, though. No matter how much we handicap, sometimes it all comes down to pure luck, good OR bad.

As for the VT/BC game, gambling references all over the place during the 4Q, from Tirico bringing up the BC gambling scandal to Corso and his contacts with Danny Sheridan. (Wonder if ol' Lee has an account at Heritage? LOL.) But I betcha Corso is a bigger player than Michaels. He's been around the game much longer, and he brings it up somewhat often actually. i.e. "some people just fell outta their chairs"

With that new halo rule where they have to give the returner two yards it has created more long punt returns and better field position. Teams are working with shorter fields. I wish there was a way to find out what the average punt return has been this year and how many damn Halo penalties have been called. Last nights game with BC a perfect example they ran one back for a TD and had another one for 50yards.

I think it was VT that ran over 75 plays last night. Does that seem like alot ? 60 were running plays ?
