I have blackened rib-eyes and chicken already on the gas grill. Freaking fantastic!!!!


Momma's happy, I'm happy.....life is good!


Tonights rib-eye with a baked potatoe......oh my goodness!

Appetizer was bacon-wrapped shrimp! Freaking awesome!

Plan on blackened redfish soon(with Cie's help).

I've heard of cornbread in the skillet is pretty good but that's not in the near future.

Chicken, fish and rib-eyes. Anything else?

Going to Reno Wed to bowl but when I get back....slow-cooker jambalaya!!!
