my experience with bfc
i refused the sign up bonus when depositing for march madness and because of this i was told i would get reduced juice
when i went to place my wagers,
the juice was not reduced
i was told i could call in the wagers to get the reduced juice but that irked me b/c i play online so that i do not have to call in
i emailed judge a few times and he said it would be taken care of, but it never was
i was also told that he would credit me for wagers i played and factor in the vig i was losing on and add it to my account
that never happened either
i went along playing without saying anything else, and lost my money
i didnt mind the book, but i didnt like the layout, and the baseball/bball moneylines were considerably higher then elsewhere
i dont know what lines are going to be like for football, but if the baseball moneylines are any indications, you can find much better
for what its worth, betphoenix has paid me quick in the past and they are offering amazing bonuses for football which i plan on using

Bryan, I was not online last night so am just now seeing this. If you were indeed "schooled" by a clerk, I apologize and will deal with that but he should have seen the note that I placed in your account indicating the $200 bonus from the contest that you won last February.
As I have explained to you, it is very difficult to keep track of these contest prizes for months when you did not even have a BFC an account that I could credit it to until this week. I am a little surprised that you would pitch a fit about this on the forum considering that you and I have discussed this several times over the past few months and I have agreed to still honor the prize although you only made a deposit this week despite several previous promises to do so.

Your prize was $200 cash, not a free play and it should be in your account later today. I am still in Texas and from here can not access the main database to add it myself but it WILL show up in your account in an hour or so.
Again, my apologies for the way that you were treated by the clerk and I assure you that this is not typical of how our customers are treated.
