I fund my offshore accounts with my visa check card and have never had any problems. This weekend I haven't been able to fund at securebuxx or any of my offshore accounts but been able to use it elsewhere. Can a bank decide where I can use my money? Have anyone else had a problem like this. Any suggestion would be helpful.

Credit cards & debit cards are getting harder & harder to use at alot of books. I will let credit cards get a small slide here as you really are using their money to a degree but with a check card I find it to be quite ridiculous how you can't pick & choose where your money goes since it is YOUR money.
If it werent for some who run up thousands upon thousands on their credit cards at offshores and then declare bankruptcy when they realise they cant win it back........We wouldnt have to run all over the place looking for Western Unions and Prepaid ATM's to send the books money.
