I dont have any money on this but this is crazy. Something has to be done. This was almost as bad as in Detroit when they didnt even stop play to review that TD catch.
you are right... I believe in replay... but there is so much to be changed. You should be able to challange a judgement call, penalty, etc. And only 2 per half? I would wait an extra day for a game to finish if it means that a paid off ref wouldn't be deciding a game. And why should an misadvertant whistle stop play? This in it's self screwed a TB by Peyton Manning last week in his fake spike play.
