I have iPhone. Go to settings then scroll down to your apps listed alphabetically.

Here's my Chrome app. I clicked on photos and they had FULL ACCESS. I changed it to NONE.

I'm sure people reading this have Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat, etc. They will have full access to your photos and contacts.

Sometimes you can "delete the access" on various phones, but it can still "show up" on other devices. Ya need to block the permission there as well.
