But aren't you glad we cant have a true national championship playoff in ncaa football so teams like UTEP, Fresno St. and Ohio can have a bowl game !!! Its a great tradeoff isnt it !!! I for one would have hated to se the top 8 teams in the country play each other today and the winners play a final four next weekend and have the winners play on New Years Day....Wouldn't that suck balls.....Gosh Damn.....Im so glad some of these great institutions and all 94 of their fans get to play in a bowl !!! there are more people in any mall in America right now than there are at the Superdome watching this great bowl game !!!!

But wouldn't it be better to bet an Ohio St/Boise Quarterfinal game? I love the sport but the bowl system has gone down the toilet. For example, why is the Go Daddy bowl on between Middle Tennessee and Miami OH on January 6? But i must admit I am fired up about the Beef O'Brady's bowl!:mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

You could still have the early bowls even if a playoff was put in. Thats the best part. All winning teams would get a bowl and the top 8 or top 16 teams would go into the playoff. The bowls would be played on weekdays, and the playoffs on Saturdays.
