He has piles of quick and simple recipes on his channel. I like the guy and use many of his recipes. He has a hellava nice outdoor kitchen setup.

thanks, I just spent 5 hours watching him then it morphed into Julia Child's 312 quick episodes channel and I polished those off....I want that outdoor setup at my place!!
