"the bunker"
but...regardless of how bad jeff lacy`s looked recently,i`m grabbing some +425...regardless of homecourt..

taylor`s first time at 168(no catch weight here,as far as i know)...

and as bad as he`s looked of late,he still only has one loss(to joe in england)...he`s powerful, can really punch...and he has to know that a loss here pretty much ends his career as a legit contender...

at the very least he has a puncher`s chance...i`ve taken dogs with a lesser chance of winning at worse odds...

jab your way in and throw those left hooks to the body, jeff...

I think Taylor wins this, but I would rather take the dog odds on Lacy than the odds on Taylor....that being said as of now I wont play either guy straight...

I thought Taylor showed marked improvements in the second Pavlik fight, towards his technique, defense, and footwork. The old Taylor held his lands low and could get trapped in the corner, but I think the recent Taylor can safely outbox Lacy, and won't get caught by a lucky shot.

My play is likely Taylor KO, though I wonder if Taylor takes his foot off the pedal and coasts for a decision, they were Olympic teammates after all.

Lacy really looked bad against Mendoza, and that was a must-impress fight. His career was really on the line, and he barely scraped by. I think his injuries are career-ending, and he's trying to get some final paydays.

edit - OOPS! I wrote Lacy looked good. Obviously I meant bad, as he "barely scraped by"

I think Lacy is shot. Zags ruined him. He never regained his confidence and he's looked a little chinny in a few fights. Mendoza had him all but out. Tsypco needed 1 more rd. I like JT inside. I bet the under shortly after it came out @+180but I'm considering JT @-500. I'll be shocked to see Lacy win. If he does, it will be with a Sunday punch.

I have a good sized wager on the under at +145, hedged by Lacy ITD at +850.

I see no other way Lacy can win. I hope he lands a big shot under but I don't see it.
I think Taylor wins under.
Lacy's eyes are prone to damage these day's as well.

I can't figure out if these guys like each other or not

I got bit last week by the promotional "partners" Roy and Calz....Joe should have finished the deal but we missed out on the KO because he wanted to play nice...I think he did a bit of carrying....

To me Lacy is shot and Taylor should knock him out....but these guys were Olympic teammates and on good terms at some point....

it could spell trouble for the ITD prop...Taylor has screwed me so many times on the KO prop....against Ouma...against Spinks....I'm a bit gun shy trusting JT.

I will play this fight...but I have to think some more....
