I just cant seem to find my comfort zone in betting games this year. My biggest problem is that I keep tellin myself, I CANNOT KEEP BETTING ON BAD TEAMS. I mean I keep thinking that I am getting over on Vegas by betting against the public, but I just keep losing. I mean tonight, I hear that the world is on GB, so I jump on JAX. Bad call, did I really think that a team that doesnt know how to win, would win?? I feel I know football very well, as most do in this forum. We know that Green Bay is a far superior team to JAX. What persuades us to bet teams like JAX tonight, or maybe the Bills last night. Oh well, these are just some thoughts, and was hoping some of you would chime in and help a guy that is confused right now.

Bettin' against the public as your sole reason for selecting a team, is flawed within it self. Although it's certainly an option to be considered, it should not be the only one you use to justify a selection. BUT HEY, what the hell do I know, I liked the Jags as well..

If you bet 3 consecutive NFL games and lose to the number by a collective 125 points, then you have a handicapping problem.

If you were on the Jags tonight, it was not a bad pick.

If you're frustrated with a losing streak, re-examine your money management.

A veteran bettor knows how to win, but more importantly, he knows how to lose.
