I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines. I opened a sportsbook account yesterday. I put $500 in it. I know it isn't a lot of money, but it is all I can afford to lose.
I made my first play this morning. Played Detroit +9.5. I think the colts are due for a letdown here. They have scored 35 points or more their last 4 games. They can't keep scoring like this forever. I'm betting that they come out a little flat off the short week. I don't think they are that great of a team either. Their offense is the best in the league but their defense is suspect and their special teams coverage unit isn't that good. I'm betting that Detroit can score some points against Indy's D. Harrington has been playing poorly but his back is against the wall. Some players respond to that. I think Harrington will play better today.
