There is a Super Bowl team from last year getting 7 points in the first game of this season on Monday night football and the Giants do not appear to have any significant losses. So why is the line so high? Why would Vegas set the line so high in the first place?

The easy money is taking the Giants and the points tonight. . . I'm with the majority at MadJacks and will be on Denver -7. I smell a blowout and I think the linesmakers thought the same. . . if not, then the line would certainly be less than a TD. . . perhaps Denver being a 3.5 favorite.

Denver -7 for 2 units

Good luck to all no matter what you play tonight!

The line makers know The G Men Slipped from number 9 in D to number 22 by the time they got to the super bowl. Believe they start clean tonight. But a trend has started. Does it continue tonight. Yes.

We've gotten our gift, beware now!! I should say, the public better beware now. Wish they were all that easy.

PJ12,

I don't consider this a gift at all! Yes, the public (who picks the favorite 90% of the time it seems) is usually wrong, but they are sometimes right! It is finding those games where the public happens to place their money on the right team that we must find! LOL
