Tim, my account was never credited the last time this offer was made. I downloaded the software, called Customer Service, was told that it had been approved and then never saw the bonus.

No email, "not thanks for playing", nothing. So yeah, I do indeed find it interesting that you are still putting this same "bonus" offer out there for people to download what is probably some type of spyware.

Tim, I have unusual situation on my account... My parlay golf bet made about 2 months ago is still pending... I made a 5$ bet (could win 80-100$) but there were two voids (one tie and one player did not start) so my winnings should be about 40$... I mailed and even called customer service but with no response... Could You help me with that problem?

TimJ is a stand up guy. I was having a problem with the BetPro software which appears to be on my end but Tim went ahead and credited my account with the bonus while I get it sorted out.

I usually see negative feedback about Betroyal. I don't mind trying them if Tim J could answer for all of the posts on here complaining about very late payments. To his credit I see that he is very proactive.

TimJ is a stand up guy. I was having a problem with the BetPro software which appears to be on my end but Tim went ahead and credited my account with the bonus while I get it sorted out.

Problem resolved. Norton Internet Security was blocking the BetPro feed.

The biggest reason I havent put any of my money in this book is because I have heard horror stories about very slow payouts. I've been close to depositing because some of the bonuses are very tempting...but I'm just leary of books with the reputation or even rumored to have problems when it comes to paying up. Sorry TimJ....I'd love to try your book sometime but I'm just afraid.

I wanted to stay away from comments publicly about this book but felt I should let folks know. Many may already know it sounds like. But, I didn't have the best experience in payouts from Royal. Although, Tim and Richard were both helpful in getting it taken care of it. It took way too long to get a payout from them. I did request a pretty significant amount. All in All, slow payouts but a good book. They need to fix the payout problem and they would be outstanding.

Books like WSEX and now Betonsports were both same day payouts (i'm sure pinny and others do the same but I have no experience with them) pretty big amounts for me AND
NO QUESTIONS asked!!! Awesome..and this is how it should be once you have confirmed your ID with the books and sent whatever documents they require.

If books are so quick in taking your money then they should be just as quick to get it to you when requested.

Just my 2 cents..Royal change your payout process and you would be outstanding in my mind...

I love Wsex, BetJamaica, Pinny, Bowmans, Oly, Vip and many others. Quick hassle free payouts, no BS and excuses.

I'd play at Royal if there wasn't such BS getting a payout. So many other books that do quick payouts and don't make you jump thru hoops and constantly lie. It's not worth it to me and anybody else who values their money and getting it on demand (the way it should be).

1 last word on this:

I've never understood why you can deposit instantly but payouts take so long at some books. I can understand it being approved, checked for rollovers etc. It should be convenient and it is at many books. No reason why you can't put in a payout at 8-10am and not get it by 12pm-1pm.

I recommend avoiding books like Royal and boycotting books that offer 20 cent baseball lines too during the summer (and then going back for football, basketball etc).

I'm sure it is part of Royal's business model. They probably feel the slower the payout the more likelyhood the customer will use their funds instead of taking the payout. Just my opinion.

I totally agree CHUMP. I will not play at Royal again unless they chagne their payout process.

I just got another same day payout yesterday from Betonsports using neteller....NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!!!!!! Just makes you feel great when this happens.

My 2 favorite books are WSEX and now Betonsports. Great JOB to both on their payouts.
