Just received it this morning ...
"It is an established principle in betting that where there is a factual error in a proposition or in the displayed odds then a bookmaker has the right to correct those errors and/or void any bets which involve them. However, there is a difference between a simple typographical error which has no material effect on the proposition and one which could cause a selection to be mis-identified. For example if both Roy and Robbie Keane were playing for the Irish football team and were shown in first-goalscorer lists as R. Keane and P. Keane than that would be grounds for voiding bets on both players as both punters could justifiably claim that it was impossible to identify either player with certainty, especially if their odds were similar. If, however, only Robbie Keane was in the squad then only he could be intended, no matter what initial was against his name.
In this case only Dana Quigley was eligible for the tournament in question so only he could have been intended, even though the incorrect initial was shown against his name. The only reason for voiding the bet would be if the odds had been set for the wrong player but there is no evidence of that being the case.
We have consulted a golf-odds compiler and in his view B Quigley would have been substantially shorter than 1.92 to beat Zoeller, so the odds quoted clearly related to a match between D Quigley and F Zoeller.
The bet should be settled as a winner rather than being voided.
R.A. Syme ruling - 0005709"

It took three months but the right decision has been made. I have contacted Gamebookers and asked for my winnings to be credited to my account. I hve yet to hear from them, but they will have received a copy of this ruling and are bound to accept the IBAS ruling.
If anyone else had their wager voided then request your due winnings from Gamebooker and quote the above ruling reference if you have not contacted IBAS directly.
