I asked if they offered -108 on basketball and football sides and they said yes. I didn't deliniate between college and pro but I took that to mean that it would be -108 for college hoops. They do offer -108 on college football sides so I can't imagine why they wouldn't offer it for college hoops.
One suggestion I would make is to call 1-800-753-3140. When I called they were very, very helpful with a number of questions I had for them. If you call that way you can get more specific information on payment methods, bonuses, etc.
