"Betting on total runs (over/under) or the run line (+1.5/-1.5) is offered on the basis of both listed pitchers starting the game. Both pitchers must start the game and throw at least one pitch for bets to have "Action". If either listed pitcher fails to start the game for any reason, the bet will be deemed to have ?No Action? and the stake will be returned."
This is standard. Your totals wager would be voided if a pitching change occured.
"In the event of a pitching change prior to the game, moneyline bets will stand, but the odds of the bet may be adjusted. If a scheduled pitcher starts against an unscheduled pitcher, moneyline bets will be calculated by the opening odds with the new pitcher."
You're right. ML wagers would be considered "Action" but the odds MAY BE adjusted to reflect the change. Obviously if the Big Unit was scratched from a scheduled start in favor of some jabronee then the price would be lower on the new AZ pitcher.
