First of all, I cashed out winnings very recently from there, so it makes no difference to them if you are winning or losing, you get treated first rate reguardless, but this is going way above and beyond the call.
Last night I wanted a little extra "action" so I dumped the last $70 from my neteller to my BetJamaica account and played a $50 parlay that won me $300, less than 24 hours after the deposit I decide to cashout a chunk of that to go bonus hunting and it was back in my neteller account in about two minutes, this I like alot! When I e-mailed asking where I could find the numbers so we had something to root for (well she could root, my wager was screwed by half time) they said it wasn't working and they would refund my money, I e-mailed them back and said I wasn't complaining and I wasn't worried about the dollar I paid for the square I just wanted to know how it worked. Oh yea, thats right ONE DOLLAR.
The fact that it was a DOLLAR is signifigant because they replied saying they would refund it because it was my money, give me a free square when they get it working and give me a $25 free play for the inconvienence.
I could kick myself for sending money elsewhere just to get a bonus and have my money held hostage for 30 days. SCREW THAT, never agian. My money stays with BetJamaica from now on.
Believe me, I am a small player compared to most in here (as evident by the fact I spent a dollar for my wifes square) and they treat me like they need my business.
