Usually I would wait until tomorrow to post this thread but this might help some of you. I'll be looking at AL home favs first and might play a AL home dog or two.

There's a very interesting match-up today. One of the two worst IL teams, Ari goes against the worst AL team Ana. Ari is not only bad in IL but has a 5-15 record last 20. 3 of the wins were at Atl and 1 at Pit, the other worst two teams in IL. In that strech they were swept by Phil, Mets and TB. Ana on the other hand is 9-11 last 20 but 11-11 last 22 beating both TB and Minn 2 out of 3. They were swept only by Sea.

Good luck in Series 4

Series 4 game 1

HT-------------------7-7
Favs-----------------9-5
HF-------------------6-4
RF-------------------3-1
Totals -------------7-7

AL home favs went 5-2. AL RF went 1-0

Teams with 1 loss are Minn, CWS, Bos, 2 loses are Sea, Det, TB. Ari is the only team that hasn't won a game. Atl got their first win last night in extra innings.

Looking at AL favs that won game 1. There's plenty of them.

Now that was an IL night. Hope you did as well as I did. Not many people seem to be paying attention to this thread. I'll say it one more time. HF first, RF second. Dogs have done better this year than I can remember but that's because the AL is running away with it. Totals will always work out about even at the end of IL play.

Game 2

HT------------------------11-2 (could be 12-2 depending on the Yanks) NYY wins and under
Fav-------------------------10-4
HF--------------------------9-1
RF--------------------------1-3
Totals---------------------8-6

3 teams still have 1 loss. CWS, Bos, Minn. 3 with 2 loses are Det, Sea and TB. Ari with no wins and Atl with 1 wins bring up the rear. Colo at 6-2 is still the top NL team.

6 teams have already won their series and all are AL teams. Only 3 today where the team that won game 1 and lost game 2 is favored. That would be Mets, TX, and SD. SD is the only home team.

Well, after a night that looked like IL games we come back with just the opposite. The NL finally had a winning night. With Bos still to go, the NL is 8-5. Here's how it looked.

Game 3

HT--------------------5-8
Fav-------------------3-10
HF--------------------2-7
RF--------------------1-1
Total----------------6-6-1

Summary for Series 4

HT--------------------24-17
Fav-------------------22-19
HF--------------------17-12
RF---------------------5-5
Totals----------------21-19-1

This might be the only thing that looks like IL series. Team that won game 1 wins series 11-3.

AL 26-15 with a game to go.

Minn is 11-1 (the only team with 1 loss). Bos has 1 loss but has a game still to play. At 2 loses are Det, CWS, Sea and Colo (only NL team). I predicted yesterday that Ari had a real shot at getting their first win and they did. Since Atl won that leaves Ari and Pit as the two worst teams in IL. Will edit this after Bos game today.

Got a question for U GSP

Got a question for U GSP

Back when following Umpires became in vogue to follow.way back when"" the Fat Lady was taking singing lessons"" I noticed that when certain umps had a a tendency 8-1 9-3 whatever towards the over or the under ..by the end of the season they were pretty much close to even and the early tendency in early season had disappeared. Is
that still the case..do u know??
