Get references.. If she can't speak English You will need a translator. How much do you want to pay and how often do you need her. I pay mine $25.hr but only use her twice a month. 3 hr Min call. But she is American born and speaks fluent English. She also does my rental units when needed.
I got her from my rental agent.

I would first like to know....If those you are interviewing are ok knowing that they may receive a small place to stay for a while without any form of compensation ( Highest on the list is anything monetary )....

My secretary did an initial interview with a Russian woman yesterday. She's 25, 5'1" 105 pounds and according to my secretary Claudia the cleaning woman is really quite lovely.
