I can't believe I got involved with this shit. I lost more this month than in my 10 plus years of betting football. I just pour thousands into my online account because almost every fcking team I bet on can't hold a lead and can't come back. I'm telling you I have been on the wrong side of every fcking 9th inning comeback in last month. Today was the last straw, I had the rockies and the yanks and believe me I was chasing these teams hard.

I do want to thank you guys (Ray, Moe, Rex, RS, etc. )that take the time to do the research and post your picks it has been very helpful. I'm sure you guys do win. I just don't have patience, restraint, or the stomach for baseball. I'm looking forward to your posts for football and getting my money back.

started out hot and i just about lost all my profits (a nice chunk) in mlb that i made in 3 months, in 3 weeks..baseball can and will do that to u.took a break a few weeks ago and i think i wouldve lost alot more if i kept going,,been capping and betting ,just for alot less $$..had the rockies 2night also ..AT +1.5 runline..fkn bs..biggest bet on the marlins(and they almost blew it) 2day and 1 in soccer ..i think it has alot to do with these horrible bullpens that are hard to cap into the game.....but just trying to say...I KNOW EXACTLY HOW U FEEL .june has been a brutal month in bases .,(and poker to by the way for me, after making a chit load in april/may i was even thinking about buying my seat into the wsop 10k,since then,bad beat after another),a break is good,to bad we had to lose a good amount b4 we took it,,,and i usually always take mine in july....gl...and yes nfl is around the corner ...hopefully august is real hot to pad the bankroll for the nfl

actualy i will make a note of this ...i seem to have my worst stretch of year betting sports when interleague baseball starts .was last year and no doubt about it this year so far...from now on break from capping will be the 1st day of interleague play until the last nl/al game...something about this time,chit hits the fan capping baseball during this time...summer should be family time anyway,i will break 4 most of the summer from now on....gl to all

It is interesting that you can go on huge runs in baseball,but if you are taking big ML favs like most do, a few bad days will just kill you.

I agree with most, that a few days or weeks and everything will be back to normal. I think it is more important in baseball to really bank your winnings for these kinds of streaks will kill you if you don't

I know a guy that is 90 yrs old. About 10 yrs ago he said, getting old is not for sissies. I think we can say the same about betting BB. There is no crying in BB. If you are not feeling it, don't lay it out there. The gods don't like crying.

Cant say I disagree with anything anyone has said... went on a huge winning streak along with everyone else... then hit the wall and haven't been doing very well.

The best strategy I can say is I play no more than2 games a day and really pick my spots. I also took about 2 weeks off (with the exception of games I couldn't pass up).

The other odd thing is I am playing opposites of what I would normally do and made back a lot of my losses. Kinda odd out that works out lol.

I think I am ready to break out pretty quick, just waiting for the perfect time.

i hear you pf. while i won't be quitting i will be pulling back considerably. 3 games, medium wagers. i never bet baseball after july. take august off to relax and look at upcoming football. quite honestly when i look at it i have never had a profitable baseball season after the first couple of months. you think i would have learned. i guess i need the rush.

Any sport gives you the old ups and downs. when your cold, you can`t hit if you bet both sides, take a break, don`t stop altogether because your in a slump and they have your money, you will work your way out after a week or two break. I`m in a hugh slump myself, we need to all get HOT. GLTA

wtf? most of you chumps sound like greenhorns, so yeah, i agree with what someone said..most of you shoudln't be gambling..quit ****ing crying about it, nobody likes to hear your bad beat stories over and over again.

anyone with ANY gambling experience knows that you keep it small, and always concentrate on real life first, cause chances are, YOU aren't in that 1% that has what it takes to actually be successful long-term with sports gambling.

I'm only 30 and have been gambling for 17 years. my father taught me alot, and the biggest rules are...

1) don't gamble above your means

2) keep it small, that way, when you lose, it
doesn't hurt so bad, and you can laugh

3) remember one thing: that money you lost? it's most likely gone forever, so forget about getting it back. the only, and i mean only way you're likely to ever be well ahead from gambling is IF YOU HIT A LOTTERY, OR OWN A BOOK. period.
