I USE A COMBINATION OF JACK DANIELS BROWN SUGAR BARBEQUE--WORCESTER SAUCE--AND CAYENNE PEPPER---FLIP IT only ONCE ON THE GRILL!

combine ground beef, worcestershire sauce, cubed or shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits and a dash of paprika in a bowl.
form patties.
grill to your preference.
