Three reasons why. Dome teams usually play bad on grass. New Orleans lost an emotional game against the Rams. Tampa normally plays great at home with their backs to the wall. I know betting Tampa is like playing russian roulette, but I think this is the week.

One negative on that line of thinking. N.O. has a much better record on the road than at home for the last two seasons. Maybe they are not such a great dome team. FWIW.
