Images!!!!! Please Help

Please can anybody reply to this message with details on how to include the images that so many users have blow their names on the left where it says how many posts you have done etc etc

we seem to be getting a few posts a day regarding this.

where have you guys been?

go to your Profile at the top left of this page and then Edit....you will find the avatar option in there somewhere.
