Dear Pinnacle clients:

We sincerely apologize for the problems you have experienced over the last
several days.

In order to improve our overall service we have moved our location and
upgraded all our equipment. Unfortunately,as often happens even with the
best of plans, we encountered some unexpected problems.

Our entire staff is working to solve the problems and we expect everything
to be corrected later today.

If you are a new client, please understand that this is not the normal
service provided by Pinnacle Sports to its valued clients. Those of you who
have been with us for awhile know this. However, to all we again apologize
for your inconvenience on this football Saturday.
