Thought I'd start an in-game thread so we don't have scattered conversations.
Louisville opened up 5-0 run then Illinois got the momentum back with that contested trey with time running out on shot clock.
Looks like Louisville is defending the trey farther out front but also giving up the inside and offensive boards.
Remember that Louisville is one of the best teams at stealing the ball on a pass due to speed and those long arms in that zone. If Illinois goes inside they can give Louisville lots of problems.
Louisville needs to draw more fouls going to the hole and stop with the outside shots. Illinois can get into some foul trouble real quick if Louisville does that. Coaching needs to come in at this poitn and recognize this.
