Requested a payout yesterday around 10 am to Neteller and it was in my account by 7 pm. I have talked to their customer support several times using their Live Help from the website, and it has always been very informative, helpful, and courteous.

Their -105 lines on all football wagers on Firdays was a big bonus for me. If I play football next year I will re-ante into my account with them.

I wont go back though until they stop pillaging their parlay players with the caps and max odds. Great customer service, but with lousy rules that that, what can you do?

I always got great customer service from Inifinity two years ago for their contest though. They would always respond to emails within hours and were more than happy to help me the couple times I had some issues to work out. Glad to hear it is conintuing.
