Andrew,
Learn to respect your customers!
"Just as you are looking for honest sportbooks...We are looking for honest clients" now what way is that to greet a customer that you do not even know?
ARE YOU SERIOUS? DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO?.....I'll tell you ......BEAR
Yes the very same bear who you should know and love from visiting "MadJacksports" over the years..
So Andrew...you deposited 100 dollars into my account in error........thank you for opening the account so that I could check it...yup you apparently did! That is the first time I ever went into the transactions section...pretty good..
NOW, How should you handle that.......ASSUME that I was aware of that and that I reconcile all balances of what I do each day (I do lots of things in lots of sportsbooks..........I DO NOT keep as close track as you may want me to especially looking for YOUR errors
.....and when you ASSUME you make an ASS out of U and ME (get it)
Heres a FLASH Andrew.........I don't play for much dinero.........and I have lots of accounts...the balances don't impact my lifestyle one iota Um..I don't need your $100... but I DO have a general idea about what is in each account....Sorry, I missed YOUR ERROR.....thats YOUR ERROR....but in checking the transactions of the 27th, if I'm not mistaken, I had just won a few hundred dollars so the new balance must have looked to be ok to me....as i continued to play the next day...or whenever.. WELL, BOTTOM LINE ANDREW........You are not my favorite manager or whatever you are....You REALLY MISREAD your relatively new customer....a very HONEST customer I add and if you were a good fellow you MAY have gotten more of my business.

Your loss,
"Honest Bear"

I again apologize if you are offended, but as I said before I'm not calling you dishonest, nor am I blaming you for MY mistake or asking you to correct it. It was not a personal attack on the mighty bear but a general statement to all clients, all I said was that clients (not you Mr. Bear) are always looking for honest books and on the same note books would like to have honest players and that we are all human and make mistakes so if we make a mistake and you let us know there is always a bonus for you. I couldn?t have called you dishonest as I can?t say if you saw it or not nor do I know you personally. It was a general statement and not meant to be taken personally.

Andrew,
My dear friend,
Your assertions did more than insinuate that you were terminating a relationship with a dishonest client and I remain insulted by your manner before even telling me what was going on.
Oh,I'll survive........but you are the first person to make that kind of judgement about the bear.
No problem,I am sure you are a nice responsible gentleman BUT be careful to be more tactful in future with your clients and at the very least allow the courtesy of explaining the problem before such comments..

best,
bear
