With 15 seconds left on the 40-second play clock or at the snap of the ball -- whichever happens first -- a league employee in the press box shuts off the coach's transmission to the quarterback.

Those 15 yarder penalties for slap to the head are actually to protect those Radio Shack $12.95 receivers...they are valuable tools...some of the stupid ass qbs need a slap to the head now and then.... :chairshot
