Did she get on national TV and recommend it? Do you not see the difference? What she did (assuming it?s true) was ridiculous but at least she wasn?t professing it as an option to the nation on national TV.

Since you don't know what she did, you cannot form an opinion and should not comment.
Of course if she bathed in undiluted Clorox, it was stupid and she would have suffered severe skin damage.
If, however, she bathed in a dilute Clorox bath, say one cupful to thirty gallons, she could have killed virus on her skin without any risk.
If your drinking water comes from a public treatment works, it has a tiny residual of active chlorine, adequate to destroy bacteria and viruses, but perfectly safe to drink. You will not ingest enough chlorine to cause ill effects. Nor will you ingest enough to kill an in vivo virus.
Now how about you make a small effort to stop being a moron.
