Thanks

MAGIC UPDATE: Orlando begins the season with four games in four different cities in five nights. It's quite a task for a team that would like to ease Grant Hill back into action. Darrell Armstrong (right shoulder) and Horace Grant (left knee) are expected to play, which means the Magic survived preseason without any casualties. Armstrong, who was supposed to be a sixth man this season, will start over Jacque Vaughn because Coach Doc Rivers says the team has a better chance against the rugged early-season schedule with Armstrong starting. The bench does get a boost as Rivers is expected not to start Pat Garrity so that he and Mike Miller can provide offensive punch for the second unit.

SIXERS UPDATE: It's never easy for this team. Philadelphia comes to Orlando with only nine players who are ready to play. Injuries to Mark Bryant, Greg Buckner, Sam Clancy, Derrick Coleman, Samuel Dalembert and Monty Williams have left this team without much depth to start the season. Bryant is back, but he is far from being ready to contribute. Allen Iverson and new running mate Keith Van Horn will have to pick up much of the scoring load. Injuries contributed to an 0-5 start last season for the Sixers, but at least Iverson, Aaron McKie and Eric Snow - mainstays from their 2001 Eastern Conference championship team - are healthy enough to play.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Both teams will say that injuries held them back last season. Both still have their injury concerns, but it's time to see who can fight through the woes and play the best basketball.
