Also saw several like this although not quite as big and not caused by elephantitis (hydroceles usually) :com:
Did see a case of elephantitis that looked like this (caused by a parasitic worm)
lots of intestinal parasites there as well. Hope I don't get any of that stuff when I'm there next month! :com:
