I read this week that the officiating crew calling the SuperBowl has lead the league in penalties called the past two years. Averaging 12 a game. I’m seeing 10.5 over+115 right now.

I wasn't listen too hard, but I had heard something a couple days ago. I think the head ref and one other guy were on that "team".

I'm not sure if it will be a factor or not.

This is correct. This crew did not work together through the year. The Referee, Cheffers, his crew led the league in flags thrown.
