Love these spreads, I already played them at Olympic and played them HUGE!

A few others that look good:

Virgina +4 vs Georgia Tech
Alabama +3 vs Tennessee
Notre Dame +10.5 vs FSU
Penn St +4 vs Ohio St
Colorado -6 vs Texas Tech
Geogia -4 vs Kentucky
Maryland -11.5 vs Duke
LSU -4 vs Auburn
Texas-12 vs Iowa St

I already took all these and teased them 7pts and Parleyed them in a 10 TEAM teaser parley with Iowa and A&M ...THREW $50 ON IT..HUGE , HUGE,HUGE

I have a good feeling about this week!

GO HAWKS..
Will be playing the Iowa Money Line as soon as I see one!

Love those pics!!!!!

I'd question the Texas - Iowa St. line a bit. Texas barely put away K-state & Ell Roberson. Even though OU smoked the Cyclones, Seneca Wallace is 10x's the player Ell Roberson is and Iowa St. has a better team (in my opinion of course).

might still have big value with aggies beating unorganized Huskers ... as far as seneca, look for huge bounce back ... I attribute that to Stoops' genius and seneca too good to be embarrased again ... not saying Im playing it but i wouldn't bet Texas either ... i like asu to beat UW by 3.5 if they keep their wits ... more later ...

pleez, Aggie cognoscenti gimme your take on this new OC and Aggies recent offense? I had Neb last week and they seemed baffled ...

thanx, gregg

I was going to start a thread with you and redsfann about this week, and I probably will later in the week. I'm a nervous wreck already and it's only Monday! I think your safe with Iowa +4.

I think the winner of this game is off to Pasadena.

With Ohio St likely going to the Fiesta Bowl, I would have to agree with you. This is the battle for Roses.

Yo my Iowa friend. Don't you think there's a chance of getting nailed by bad weather this time ofyear at couple of those games. Just seems like so many played so early could end up hurting your plan. I do wish you all the luck. I like to see guys hit some big ones. ;)

Sooner or later you'll take off your scarlett and grey glasses and come around to reality. OSU's cupcake schedule has caught up with them in the BCS. They are the lowest ranked, unbeaten team in the poll. Man, they sure are a powerful team on the road.

Michigan has a bad team this year and they're only 2 spots behind you in the poll. I think that's hilarious!

Face it Kosar...OSU will go nowhere with Tressel at the helm and especially with Krenzel under center.

Good Luck this weekend iahawk....I have a bad feeling that you'll be happier than me Saturday night.

Jsmooth,

Hard to figure where your analysis of Tressel comes from, other than you being from Youngstown and for some reason having a problem with his incredible success there at Youngstown State. Trust me when I say that you had/have no more info about him than I did when he was there as that's my hometown and that's where tons of my relatives still live, let alone that my cousin played for him at YSU. Ohio State is winning the same types of games this year that they lost with Cooper (Cincinnati, Wisconsin). Krenzel will be just fine as long as he doesn't try to be a hero, a good example would be last years Michigan game up in Ann Arbor.

It's funny that you say that Michigan has a 'bad' team this year, yet you predicted them to win the big ten a while ago and just about 30 minutes ago said that they would win the big ten. Boy, the big ten must be down this year for a 'bad team' to win it.

Michigan doesn't have a bad team at all, in fact they have great talent as always. Coaching is a different story. And as always, discipline and intelligence is a different story.

As far as OSU's initial BCS ranking goes, it really shouldn't matter if OSU wins out. 4 of the 5 teams above OSU would have to lose. Miami plays V.Tech. That's one. ND plays at Fla St. this weekend. That *should* be two, but they still have USC in case they pull the upset. Georgia? They have Kentucky and Florida coming up. Then maybe the SEC championship game. It will be very hard for them to get through undefeated. Oklahoma got past a couple of great tests the last few weeks, but as they saw last year, any team that has an anemic passing offense like they do are always prone to an upset (OK St. last year).

The whole key(obviously) will be for OSU to get through without losing, themselves. Penn St. could certainly beat them and maybe Purdue. I'm not worried about Minnesota or Michigan, though.

But if they do manage to beat Penn St. and Purdue, they will be in Tempe.

My analysis of Tressel comes from 10 years of season tickets. I don't own the tix, but my brother does. My season tix are in Ann Arbor. I accompanied my brother to many of those games during their dominence in the 90's and I, along with many others complained about Tressel and his conservative style. He may be winning close games this year, but last year he didn't. (Wiscy, PSU) He is way too conservative and that's gonna get him again this year.

Yep, I said Michigan has a bad team this year and I think if they get by Iowa, they win the Big Ten. So yes....the Big Ten is down this year. DUH!

You say that coaching, intelligence and discipline is a "different story" in Ann Arbor....or did you mean in Columbus? I assume you meant the lack of those things in OSU as what....another 4 or 5 players were arrested again this year? This after Bellisorry-ass last year.

As for the gift we gave you last November....
Hey, the sun even shines on a dog's ass once in awhile!

BTW - what high school did you attend in Youngstown?

I didn't go to high school in Youngstown. I lived there(Boardman) until I was 13.

Bottom line: if OSU wins out, they go to the Fiesta Bowl. If Michigan wins out, they may have a chance to get their asses beat by Tennessee again.

Yeah, Tennessee clearly outmatched Michigan last year...without a doubt, too much speed. Oh, but at least it wasn't to a sloppy South Carolina team....for the second year in a row. HAHAHAHA!

If...and that's a big IF...OSU manages to sneak into the Fiesta Bowl, it would look similar to the year that FSU beat the living sh*t outta them in the Sugar Bowl. But that's a mute point seeing how they're gonna lose at least twice this year...starting this weekend.!

Yeah, 5 teams in the top 25 with a combined record of 33-5. A horribly down year for the Big Ten. DUH, indeed.

HEY JSMOOTH..WHAT UP? GOODLUCK THIS WEEKEND, EXCEPT WITH THE WOLVERINES!

Should be a great game!

I still feel pretty good about my picks, but I will be makeing a few other plays on Saturday also, maybe a few other 3 game parley combos with the above games.

Joe De

I dunno, I really like Colorado minus the 6 points at home. I don't think Texas Tech is a very good road team out of the doam( remember the ISU game) and I think with the chill in the air the Buffs will take this game pretty easly. Like I said though I teased all them games in an 10 game 7pt teaser parley, so the Buffs +1 looks really good. I do respect your capping though, as I won with a few of your pics this year too...Good luck and keep up the good work!

Kosar
Man I wish we had a shot at the Buckeyes this year! DAM!

Got5onit
K-State looks like a great pic! But as for ISU going to Texas, I'm thinking ISU is done...they may end up 7-4 or 5 this year...I think Texas, Colorado, and KState will beat them pretty good.. jUST mY oPINION though ;)

Well GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

AND GO HAWKS!
