Let me start by saying I do not cap college baskets at all; I just don't have the time or the interest to do so. Occasionally, I will find the time to watch a game and when I do so, I pop in here to see if any of you 'cappers have an opinion on a side/total and I then may make a play.
Today in Iowa City they are honoring the 25th anniversary of the 86-87 Hawkeye team that made it to the Elite Eight. Many of the players from that team are back in town for the festivities and one of the players on today's team is Devyn Marble, whose father Roy Marble was one of the stars of that 86-87 team.
So the point of my post is that Iowa should be a decent bet today against a poor Penn State squad at home with the added motivation of wanting to play well in front of one of their team mates' fathers and the other stars from that team.
