wind and rain really having an effect. hard to throw the ball deep. neither team has fielded a punt either because of the slick ball so punts are pinning teams back.
barring some fumbles or botched snaps, i cant see the 2h going over that number. now of course, cmu scored 3 plays into the game on some big plays so anything can happen. but play calling is really conservative and the receivers are dropping passes and balls are sailing on the QBs. weather playing a definite role.
