I haven't seen 1 OVER tonight any any forum... Doesn't anybody think that a wet ball sometimes leads to easy points?

Just curious?

I dont understand your reasoning on how a wet ball would = more pts. Only thing that is plausable would mean this could cause more turnovers, which could also burn an over, if they were in the red zone. A wet field however could benefit an over as the receivers know where and when to cut and a defensive back has to react to this.

Joz, I'm sorry I didn't elaborate but you pretty much hit alot of my points. Sometimes you see easy points scored in weather like this. You make a great point though that turnovers at the wrong time will take points off the board. I was just curious what peoples thoughts are on this.

I think rain just leads to a less predictable game, esp. on the total.
Most points have been touched on.

Receivers know where they're going. They can also have more drops. Turnovers can lead to no points...they can also lead to field position.

Some coaches will play more conservative and run/punt. Players may slip, and again....which players? Ball carrier...tackler...

I'm going to put a small play on the Under (45).
