I see on cbssportsline it says Germano is starting yet TheGreek still has Young listed at -150.

Padres activated RHP Chris Young from the 15-day disabled list.
Padres designated LHP David Wells for assignment.
As expected, the Padres are letting the 44-year-old go following a brutal four-start stretch during which he posted a 14.04 ERA. Wells had a 4.15 ERA in 18 starts prior to that, so he'll no doubt be able to hook on with another team if he decides not to retire. Wilfredo Ledezma will replace Wells Friday, with Clay Hensley potentially getting a chance to step in for him full time.
