I do not think so

I do not think so

I think he said he would not return after the way everyone treated Jack with the changes to the site.

He will have a pay for picks email service i believe though.

Hope this helps. Either way, he would have only been posting 3*, not his top plays.

I guess it's only a matter of time till all the top cappers get greedy and start charging for their picks. And everyone used to talk about how we were all here to try and help each other beat the man. As usual, greed ruins everything. The top cappers win plenty enough that they should be making lots of money with there own picks. I, for one, will never pay for picks. There is plenty of good info on here to win on our own.

GOOD LUCK to those of you still posting your plays here.

Hmmm...

Hmmm...

If you read any of my posts from yesterday, you would understand that "greed" really has nothing to do with it. It seems that the only people that call it such names are the ones that were going to see a signifigant loss in their coattailing.

This is not a post to start something, but I still feel there are quite a few that don't, didn't want to, understand.

Once again, "greed" has nothing to do with business decisions.

Who really gives a shit where the fucking touts go???

Learn to cap for yourselves or find someone else to coattail.

PATHETIC

Heres a hint... Box AND Vandy BOTH outclass either of these touts, AND, they're still free...

Money and Greed corrupted these cappers who in my opinion were nothing special anyways. One of them picked the Ravens +6 to cover. I don't need to pay anyone to give me joker picks when I pounded the Steelers big$$$$.

If a capper can pick consistent winners at a high % they will play vs the books. Anyone who sells their picks obviously can't beat the bookie consistently, that's why their selling their picks, to RIP off innocent cappers.

would much rather have them around then people posting wrong information.......

I wish these guys were still here but they are not evil people. They have left for legitamite economic reasons. I buy the picks from Hoops and I do so because I know that he is not a tout service. He is not some some guy that says he can pick 80% or one that guarantees wins. He does his work and gives you his best. He makes you pay so that he can continue what he loves to do. If there is a problem with that, then I do not see it. Fletcher is the same way. I assume JT also, but do not know him. Look at if from their perspective and some of you will understand. Anyway that is just my opinion so take it for what it is worth.

Input

I've been around for a few years, but I rarely post. After reading this topic, I felt I had to toss in two cents.

I coat-tail. You're darn right. Madjack's is a quality site and offers alot of info that would take me hours to put together. I figure, "why waste 3 hours on a Friday night when I can get all the info in a one-stop-shop?" I follow the hot cappers. I keep my personal log of how the consistent posters here do. I may follow Volfan for a couple of weeks, then jump on Nolan, then swing to Fletcher. Heck, I've been known to play all cappers "top" plays. Now sure, I could research and get my own plays, but why do extra work. I play games to win money, plain and simple. My capping cost me thousands over the years, but with Madjack's I can turn a profit most seasons and have a lot more fun.

Now, I must admit I was shocked and disappointed when I saw the "pay-for-picks" Jack had added to the site. Most of the biggest fights on the forum were the result of folks arguing about pay picks. It seemed strange that the same people that violently opposed paying for picks, were now charging.

I think the reaction of people in this forum was completely ridiculous. To personally attack other members of this forum is unacceptable. You can't complain when something that was FREE is taken away. That's the bottom line, look at it like the 0% interest period on credit running out. If you want to keep getting the info Jack has to offer, you gotta pay. So Jack went to a pay-for-picks forum for some cappers (and if it were successful others would have surely joined in). These people are looking to make business decisions. They (Jack and the pay cappers) did what seemed right.

Then Jack made a tough decision and dropped the pay stuff. I was impressed. Financial decisions generally carry more weight than popular decisions, but not in this case. I never "blamed" anyone for going pay, I just thought a good thing was over. Then, lo-and-behold, it was resurected.

Thanks Jack, for using the philosophy that made this forum great. If some folks want to charge for picks, great for them and best-o-luck to their clients. I for one bought in hook-line-and-sinker to the free idea, and this site is evidence that it works. Good luck all...
