I love lobster!

Plenty of people make that claim. I am one of them. But, just what makes the lobster so good? I say the butter!

You don't see too many people jamming this delicious crustacean in their face unless it is dunked in a cup of hot, melted butter.

So, is it the lobster, or the butter?

I need both. You wouldn't eat the butter without the lobster. Can probably say the same about oysters and cocktail sauce. I don't like oysters plain. I can do lobster plain though.

Lobster is not my favorite but if I do have it butter defiantly.

havent had lobster in eons but loved the african rock lobster tails with lemon and melted drippy butter

seafood today is scary and i shy away from it too many people struck ill eating fish crabs etc...
