Weather.com only shows winds in the low teens. It doesnt look like the strong winds will kick in until late in the 2nd half. I would like some local input

Watching the pregame show on NFL Network right now. Remember when the Seahawks had a MNF game a few weeks ago against the Raiders and it looked like a monsoon? Same thing again tonight. It's just pouring right now and even hailing. Temperature is 52 and the wind is from the SE at 15MPH.
