hi guys, I noticed many listing their play on Jets -2 etc.. I just went to DonBest.com and most of the books listed there are using -2 also.
for my personal use, I'm at 1bettor.com, and they're using PICK-EM on the game, and have been since I played it this morning.
Not the first time they've been "out of line".. they usually "shade" their MLs so you always get the worst of the line.. but usually Don't shade the actual point spread.
Sooo.. obviously they're trying to attract Jets action (they got a nickel from me at Pick!)..
somebodies must've BURIED 'em in Texans money earlier!
MY thoughts:
1) Jets are at home, and it DOES raise their competitive spirit..
In Home games, after an early season CRUSH against the Pats, they've lost by 6 to Vikes, and 3 to Buff (which I consider 2 of the best tms in the league)..
2) Texans w/o Nico and now Diggs (season) and will be forced to try and run against a fairly stout Jets D..
3) Jets faced Hou last year and beat them 30-3 (and some would say Stroud was playing better last year than this..)
I'm riding the home team and hope Aaron looks better than last time!
