Is pinnacle having anyone else change their password?

It's legit.
I contacted Pinnacle and they are having all players change their password for added client protection.
They are simply upgrading their security system in anticipation of the busiest weekend of the year, the Superbowl, coming up next week.

My heart just dropped. I logged onto my pinny account and wouldn't go through. Did it again and failed. Got my laptop and still would not go through on that. Pinny hold 85% of my $$$ and am getting worried. LUCKILY I quickly logged onto MJ's and found out they are changing passwords.

Security glitch? Hackers?
"I think it quite likely that Pinnacle did have a security issue, either via hackers,a disgruntled ex-employee with some client data, or whatnot. How much better it would be if they respected the intelligence of their clientele and said "we did have a security issue, but we fixed it. And just to keep it that way in the future, we are asking everyone to change their pw."

They really botched this one. I can not even change my password. It's like they don't even recognize my account number and email address. And worse yet is that they have not quickly answered my questions to them via e mail.

Yep IE same here took about 30 secs..

Now 9:00 and still waiting on my temporary password. Glad the rest of you have not had similar problems.
