That says if your team is up 3 and there is less then 5 seconds left in the game that you have to let the trailing team get off a 3 point shot to try and tie the game????It sure seems like it,I just don't get why these coaches don't instruct the players to foul before they get in a shooting position from behind the line,I'm about fed up with these situations,then they go to lose the game against the spread in OT to boot!!!!
